Dose College Enrollment Expansion Promote the Education Justice?

高校十年大扩招表面上增进了教育机会,但由于同时伴随的高收费、本地化招生、教育资源配置严重不公和弱势阶层毕业生就业受阻使得教育公正的三个要求都受到损害,反而远离了教育公正。应该规避盲目扩招弊端,不断改善高等教育政策,重申大学精神,努力促进高等教育公正的实现。

The college enrollment expansion in the past decade seems to have enlarged edueational opportunities, but because of high charges, admission localization, the serious injustice of educational resource allocation and employment difficulties have damaged the three requests of justice, distracting away from the educational justice. This paper argues that we should continue to improve the policy of higher education, remodel the university spirit and strive to promote the realization of educational justice.
