复杂技术创新中的知识长尾与知识粘滞 被引量:1

摘要 本文探求复杂技术创新中知识转移的特点,在此基础上讨论知识粘滞的类型。本文基于已有研究进行综述,结合理论演绎,认为:复杂技术创新过程中的知识分布具有复杂性,存在需要转移的知识长尾,由于难以转移而带来的知识粘滞具有Szulanski粘滞、Eppinger粘滞、Eppinger滑漏、von Hipple粘滞四种类型。本文指出复杂技术创新过程中存在需要转移的知识长尾和四种知识粘滞,对复杂技术创新中的知识管理有意义。 This paper explores the characteristics of knowledge-transfer in complex technology innovations and puts forward the taxonomy of knowledge stickiness. The paper is an overview based on research papers and deduction. Knowledge distribution in complex technology innovations is complex and there is a long-tail in the knowledge-transfer demand curve. The following four types of knowledge stickiness are advanced: Szulanski stickiness, Eppinger stickiness, Eppinger leakage and yon Hipple stickiness. Knowledge management in complex technology innovations could benefit from the findings of knowledge long-tail and four types of knowledge stickiness.
