西洋参愈伤组织培养及皂甙含量分析

Callus Culture and Total Saponin Content Determination of American Ginseng

以西洋参芽胞为外植体，接种于ＭＳ加不同激素组合的培养基中，诱导形成愈伤组织，并测其生长量。结果表明：愈伤组织生长以植物激素２，４Ｄ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋６ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＢＡ１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ为最好，而西洋参总皂甙含量以２，４Ｄ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋６ＢＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ为最高。

Callus was induced from the buds of American ginseng on MS medium supplemented with different hormones and increase weight was investigated. The results showed that the best medium of callus growth was MS+2,4 D 2mg/L+6 BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 1.5mg/L, and the medium of the highest saponin content was 2,4 D 2mg/L+6 BA 0.5mg/L.
