Analysis of the Birth of "TRIPs Agreement Amendment" on the Legal Basis
摘要
《TRIPs协议修正案》的产生有一定的法律基础。TRIPs协议、《多哈宣言》、有关人权国际条约和相关国际法律文本和《建立WTO协定》等都对它有一定的积极影响。
The birth of ＂TRIPs agreement amendment＂ had its legal basis. TRIPs agreement, ＂Doha Declaration＂, the international human rights treaties, relevant international legal texts and the establishment of ＂WTO Agreements＂ have some positive impact on the agreement.
