益肾降压颗粒治疗高血压早期肾损害的临床研究

Clinical Study on Yishenjiangya Granule for Early Renal Damage in Essential Hypertension

目的观察益肾降压颗粒对原发性高血压肾气亏虚痰瘀阻络证的疗效。方法将55例符合标准的高血压病早期肾损害患者随机分为试验组(30例)与对照组(25例)。试验组在常规西药的基础上加用益肾降压颗粒治疗,对照组仅给予常规西药治疗,8周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血压和尿微量蛋白的变化。结果试验组不仅能明显降低血压,而且能显著降低尿微量蛋白的排出量,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾祛痰活血通络法是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的一种有效治法,益肾降压颗粒是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的一组有效药物,与常规西药合用疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the effect of Yishenjiangya granule on early renal damage in essential hypertension（EH）patients with syndrome types of kidney deficiency and stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods Fifty five EH patients with early renal damage were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=30）treated by Yishenjiangya granule and regular western medicine and control group（n=25）treated by regular western medicine for 8 weeks.The blood pressure and urinary microprotein were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the blood pressure and the urinary microprotein output were decreased in treatment group obviously.The effect in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The tonifying kidney,removing phlegm and blood stasis and activating collateral therapy had an obvious effect on EH patients with early renal damage.Yishenjiangya granule was more effective than regular western medicine.
