摘要
将21日龄的健康肉仔鸡800只随机分成4组,每组200只。Ⅰ组在日粮中添加03%的防腹散;Ⅱ组在日粮中添加维生素C3mg/kg和维生素E3mg/kg;Ⅲ组在日粮中添加02%的防腹散和维生素C2mg/kg、维生素E2mg/kg;Ⅳ组为对照组,日粮中不添加任何药物。结果表明:各试验组肉鸡腹水症的发病率分别为203%、361%、105%、1099%,发病率明显低于对照组的发病率(P<001)。
health broiler chickens in 21 days were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups, and each has 200 broiler chickens. In trial 1, fed on test diets(TD) and Fang Fusan 0.3%; In trial 2, chickens were given TD, Vitamin C 3mg/kg and vitamin E 3mg/kg; In trial 3, TD plus Fang Fusan 0.2%, vitamin C 2mg/kg and vitamin E 2mg/kg; In trial 4, a test diets (TD) alone (control). Results showed that the incidence of ascitics in groups 1,2, 3 and 4 were 2.03% , 3.61%, 1.05% and 10.99%, respectively. The incidence of ascites in treat group was significantly lower for broiler chickens than that of control (P<0.01) preventive effect on the broiler chickens was significant.
