摘要 通过对浙江省金华市方下店小流域APT4.0和GIS动态信息数据库的建立、管理与优化,以及对这两种数据信息管理系统所绘制的平面二维图像和数据库结果的分析,直观地说明了小流域动态信息数据库在方下店小流域治理中所起的作用.另外。 As an information media, regional and watershed dynamic database systems can be employed to offer convenient, accurate, dynamic and intuitive message to local administrative and decision government. Through establishing, managing and optimizing APT and GIS dynamic database of Fangxiadian Watershed of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, as well as analyzing their 2D images and results, the paper stated intuitively that watershed information systems can play important roles in the process of watershed integrated management. In the meantime, the ways of combination of database with high language programs were depicted and probed too during the utilization of database techniques to watershed management and research .
