亚科属级系统发育研究初报

A preliminary study on the generic level phylogeny of the subfamily Perlinae ( Plecoptera: Perlidae ).

根据Ｓｉｖｅｃ等提出的形态特征，应用Ｈｅｎｎｉｇ８６支序分析软件对虫责亚科１８个属的系统发育关系进行了运算分析．结果表明，虫责亚科属级系统发育支序图与目前的分类系统基本符合；此外，可将虫责族Ｐｅｒｌｉｎｉ初步分为４个属群，即Ｐｅｒｌａ－ｇｒｏｕｐ，Ｋａｍｉｍｕｒｉａ－ｇｒｏｕｐ，Ｅｔｒｏｃｏｒｅｍａ－ｇｒｏｕｐ和Ｔｙｌｏｐｅｒｌａ－ｇｒｏｕｐ．

Based on the characters proposed by Sivec (1988), the phylogenetic program Hennig 86 (version 1.5) was used to analyze the phylogenetic relationship of 18 genera of the subfamily Perlinae. The results show that the cladogram is principally the same to the present taxonomic system. In addition, based on the cladogram of the tribe Perlini, the four genera groups, Perla group、 Kamimuria group, Etrocorema group and Tyloperla group, are preliminarily proposed in this paper.
