摘要
针对十七届三中全会提出的不断促进农业生产经营信息化,推进农村信息服务技术发展的要求,从实际出发,系统地阐述了招远市基层农业信息化建设的现状和存在的问题,并对其未来的发展提出了一些思路和观点。
In the light of the requirements of continuously promoting agricultural production management informatization to push the technical development of rural information service proposed on the third plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee, the current situation and development thoughts of agricultural informatization construction at grass root level in Zhaoyuan city were elaborated based on work experience. And the thoughts and perspectives for the future development were put forward.
