摘要
计算机实验教学的教师是实践教学最为重要的资源,师资队伍的建设关系到计算机实验教学示范中心的建设。以双师型教育为核心的实验教师自身素质的提高是师资队伍建设的根本,对实验教师结构的规划、岗位职责的确定是提高实验教学质量的保障。
The computer experiment teaching teachers are the most important resource of practice teaching; the construction of faculty plays an important role in the computer experimental teaching demonstration center. The improvement of the quality of teachers focused on double-teacher model was the base the faculty building, planning the structure of experimental teachers and the determination of responsibilities is the safeguard to improve the quality of experimental teaching.
