制造执行系统中的生产调度智能优化算法

摘要 生产调度直接影响到生产的速度,是生产管理控制的核心部分。分析了制造执行系统中的生产流程,提出了一种生产调度智能优化算法,并将这个算法运用到南京机床厂的制造执行系统的开发中,利用这种算法编写生产调度程序,计算时间短,调度结果令人满意,在实际中得到了很好的运用效果。 Production scheduling directly affects the speed of production, which is the core part of the production management conformity. This paper analyses production process flow in manufacturing execution system. And it also proposes scheduling intelligent optimization algorithms. What's more, this algorithm is applied to the development of manufacturing execution system by the machine tool plant in Nanjing, which can take advantage of this method to prepare the production scheduler to shorten the calculation time. Scheduling intelligent optimization algorithms receives satisfactory results and has showed excellent effectiveness.
