摘要
传统高校教师评价方法中列出的评价指标太多,且有一些指标是不重要或人们根本不关心的。文章运用区分矩阵与区分函数的方法,对通过问卷调查得到的数据进行了分析,得到了教学效果评价问卷中20项指标的一个最优相对约简(5项),这5项指标便可作为今后进行教师评价的依据。
New method based on rough set proposed for teachers evaluation to dicrease the number of traditional evaluation indicators which are disimportant and less care.The method combined discernibility matrix with the distinction function analyses the data obtained by questionnaire survey.Through it we obtain the five optimal relative reductions from the twenty indicators in the teaching evaluation questionnaires,which the five indicators can be regard as the foundation of the evaluation of teachers.
