摘要
要做好高校图书馆工作,必须以读者为中心,认真关注管理和服务工作中的每一个细微环节,尽最大努力把每一件事情处理妥善并持之以恒,从而取得较好的服务效益。文章结合忻州师范学院图书馆工作实际,分别从管理和服务制度的修订、完善、落实以及服务读者过程中的细节管理进行了初步的探讨。
University Library to do well the work must be based on reader - centered, seriously concerned about the management and service in the work of a fine for each link, to do our best to bring the truth of each one to the proper and sustained so as to achieve better service efficiency. In combination with the actual work of Xinzhou Teachers College Library,respectively, from the management and delivery system of the amendment and improvement, implementation and serve our readers the details of the process of management were analyzed.
