缬沙坦对左室舒张功能减低高血压患者心脏功能的影响

Influence of Valsartan for Cardiac Function of Patients with Hypertension Combined with Diastolic Function Diminution of Left Ventricle

目的:探讨缬沙坦治疗对左室舒张功能减低高血压患者心脏功能的影响。方法:42例左室舒张功能减低(E/A<1.0)而收缩功能正常原发性高血压患者分别于缬沙坦治疗前和治疗12个月后行超声心动图、脉冲波组织多普勒成像及背向散射积分检查。结果:缬沙坦治疗后E/A比值明显增高(P<0.01),E/Ea比值显著降低(P<0.01),循环周期变化幅度(CV-IBS)明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:缬沙坦治疗可以改善左室舒张功能减低高血压患者的心脏功能。

Objective：To explore the influence of valsartan for cardiac function of patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution of left ventricle.Methods：42 patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution（E/A〈1.0） but systolic function normal of left ventricle were examined by ultrasound cardiogram、pulse tissue doppler imaging and integral of backscatter before the treatment with valsartan and after the treatment for twelve months.Results：The E/A and CV-IBS increased obviously（P〈0.01）and the E/Ea decreased obviously（P〈0.01） after the treatment with valsartanConclusion：Valsartan can improve cardiac function of patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution of left ventricle.
