不同年龄组青光眼手术应用丝裂霉素的临床研究

Clinical Study of Mitomycin in Glaucoma Surgery in Different Age Groups

目的:探讨不同年龄组青光眼手术中应用丝裂霉素的疗效。方法:将患者按年龄分A、B两组,各组分对照组:应用可调节缝线小梁切除术,治疗组:在上述方法上加用丝裂霉素。观察对照组、治疗组术后滤过泡及眼压水平。结果:术后眼压水平、形成功能性滤过泡,A组两组对比差异有统计学意义,B组两组对比差异无统计学意义。结论:在青中年青光眼患者术中应用丝裂霉素,可提高手术成功率。

Objective：To explore the effect of mitomycin in glaucoma surgery in different age groups.Methods：The patients with glaucoma were divided into A and B group according to age,and to establish the control group received modified releasable sutures trabeculectomy and therapy group received modified releasable sutures trabeculectomy adding to mitomycin in A and B group.The filter blebs and the level of intraocular pressure were observed after surgery in control group and therapy group.Results：The difference of the intraocular pressure level and the formation of functional filter-bubble after surgery had a statistical significance between control and therapy group in group A and no statistical significance in group B.Conclusion：Mitomycin can improve the success rate of surgery in younger adult patients with glaucoma.
