在高校校、院、系三级结构和校院两级管理体制中,院级教学管理是学校教学管理的基础,院级教学秘书是学院教学管理的重要力量,在教学管理中起着纽带和桥梁作用。从院级教学管理的特点出发,针对院级教学秘书应具备的素质和培养提出几点建议。
