Dual Personality of Migrant Workers in Harmonious Society

农民工二元人格是传统人格与现代人格、农民型人格与市民型人格糅杂并存的人格结构状态。二元人格结构在农民工身上表现为在经济、政治和文化三个方面的九组人格模型。从本质上说,农民工二元人格是社会不和谐的产物。社会转型、制度歧视、身份和职业的错位以及安徽特殊省情是安徽农民工二元人格产生的四个主要原因。具有冲突性、过渡性的农民工二元人格对保证和谐社会建设的制度运作会产生抵制作用。

Dual Personality of migrant workers refers to the combination of their traditional and modern points of view, personality of both a farmer and a worker. Migrant workers＇ dual personality can be divided into nine groups of personality model. In essence, migrant workers＇ dual personality resulted from the disharmony of society： social transformation, system discrimination, identity and occupation dislocation, and the particular situation of Anhui Province are the main four reasons. The contradiction and transition of migrant workers＇ dual personality may resist to some degree the construction of harmonious society.
