后金融危机时代下农民工职业选择实证研究——以福建省厦门市为例

The Studies of Occupation Selection About Migrant Workers During the Era of Post-financial Crisis——Taking Xiamen City,Fujian Province as an example

金融危机爆发后,农民工的就业受到严重影响,导致大多数农民工对职业的选择产生变化,东部地区是这次受金融危机影响最严重的地区,制造业、房地产业和建筑业等行业则是受全球金融危机影响最深的行业。而厦门产业结构正是以制造业、建筑业和与出口相关的行业为主,因此,以厦门市为研究单元,通过调查与访谈,分析了厦门农民工职业选择的特征,找出当前后金融危机时代下农民工职业选择的障碍性因素,并在此基础上,提出相应的解决方案,为更好解决农民工就业提供决策参考。

After the outbreak of the financial crisis, the employment of migrant workers are severely affected, the choice of career for them have changed, and the worst affected areas is the eastern region, and the manufacturing, real estate and construction is the most influenced by the global financial crisis. Because The structure of Xiamen is a manufacturing, construction and export-related industry-oriented, therefore, this paper studies as the region unit of Xiamen city, analysis the characteristics of occupation selection about migrant workers by surveying and interviewing, and find out the factors which obstacle the the career choice of migrant workers during postfinancial crisis, and proposes appropriate solutions on on this basis, so it provides decision-making for solving the employment of migrant workers.
