摘要 在现代教育视阈下,人的社会化与个性发展是其成长过程中相互依存,相互影响,相辅相成的两个方面,二者无论对社会的和谐还是对个人的发展都具有极其重要的意义。人的社会化与个性发展既有审视角度、考量标志、影响条件等方面的不同特点,又有过程的同一性、目的的一致性、内容的相关性与条件的依存性等方面相互联系的特征。在人的社会化与个性发展的过程中,既要防止把二者对立起来的倾向或有失偏颇的误区,又要加以正确的引导与教育,尤其是要注意提高思想的认识水平,树立现代的教育理念,坚持科学的教育原则。 In modern society, human's socialization and individual development are two aspects which are independent, interactive and complementary during human's growth. These two aspects are of great importance either for the harmony of society or for individual development. They have several different features in perspective, criteria and influencing condition, etc. They also have some interrelated characteristics, such as procedural identity, consistency of purpose, relativity of content and conditional dependency. In the process of human's socialization and individual development, we should prevent the tendency of bringing them into conflict or being lop-sided. We should also provide correct guidance and education, especially to improve cognition level, to establish modern education conceptions and to adhere to the scientific principle of education.
