摘要
基于文化冲突与文化整合的现有研究成果,在一般意义上分析新型职业教育中院校文化冲突机理,构建文化冲突因果模型,在此基础上深入探讨文化整合相关策略,为职业教育提供文化内涵建设的指导。
Based on the existing research results of the cultural conflict and cultural integration,the paper analyzes the mechanism of cultural conflict in new model of vocational education institutions in the general sense,and builds causal model of cultural conflict. It goes deep into investigation and discussion about the cultural integration of relevant strategies,and provides system guides of culture connotation construction for vocational education.
