摘要
采用问卷调查法、称重法对130名在校女大学生平时的具体膳食状况进行膳食结构调查.结果表明:调查对象的膳食摄入与《中国居民膳食指南及平衡膳食宝塔》建议的摄入量比较,各种营养素的摄入均不足,膳食结构不合理,种类单一.奶类、水产品和油脂类食物摄入严重不足,直接导致维生素和微量元素的缺乏.因此,应充分重视当代大学生的食物消费及膳食结构对其健康状况产生的影响,积极倡导合理饮食.
Using the methods of questionnaire survey and weighing, the paper researched the daily nutrition statue quo and diet structure of 130 col- lege female students in common major. The results showed: compared with the Standard of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents, and a Balanced diet Pagoda, the objects'daily intake of all kinds nutrients were insufficient, the diet structure was imbalancod, and the category was single, etc. The intake of milk products, aquatic products, and fats were in acute shortage, which leaded to the lack of vitamins and minor elements in body. So it is necessary to advocate actively balanced diet, and to guide properly the diet consumption and correct diet structure of college students.
