摘要 微通道换热器具有传热系数高、制冷剂侧及空气侧压降减少、体积小、抗腐蚀、可回收等特点。它的良好性能及应用可行性也通过了理论和实验验证。将它应用到压缩冷凝机组中,能提高压缩冷凝机组换热效率、降低机组成本、减少制冷剂使用量。同时,能提升压缩冷凝机组的综合性能,提高产品竞争力,节约能源。 Microchannel heat exchanger has many good characteristics, like high heat transfer coefficient, less refrigerant side and air side pressure drop reduction, small size, corrosion-resistant, recycle use etc. Its good performance and the feasibility of application have came through the theoretical and experimental validation. If it is applied to the compression condensing unit, heat transfer efficiency of the condensing unit can be improved, unit costs will reduce, and refrigerant charge will reduce. At the same time, the overall performance of condensing units will be better, the product will be more competitive, and energy conservation is another advantage.
