摘要
采用化学还原法制备了RuCoB/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂,考察了反应时间、温度、氢气压力、有机添加剂浓度、硫酸锌的量等因素对反应物苯的转化率和产物环己烯选择性的影响.结果表明,在同时加入硫酸锌和二乙醇胺的情况下,环己烯的最大收率可以达到34.2%,而只加入硫酸锌或者二乙醇胺其收率分别为20.4%和16.3%.
A new RuCoB/A12O3 catalyst was prepared by reduction impregnation method and was used for the partial hydrogenation of benzene. The performance of the catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene was performed in liquid catalytic system. The effect of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressures, the concentrations of ZnSO4 and diethanolamine were investigated in detail. The hydrogenation results showed that in the presence of ZnSO4, the addition of amine could significantly enhance the yield of cycylohexene. The maximum cyclohexene yield of 34.8% was achieved with diethanolamine as an additive, while the yields of cyclohexene were only 20.4% with ZnSO4 and 16.3% with diethanolamine.
