自我保健健康教育在高血压病患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of Self-care health education in hypertensive patients

目的 探讨自我保健健康教育在高血压病患者中的应用效果.方法 将120例高血压病患者完全随机分为健康教育组、对照组2组,每组60例,健康教育组给予系统性高血压病健康教育,对照组不予健康教育,1个月后观察血压情况.结果 通过健康教育,健康教育组82%（49例）的高血压病患者能掌握并能应用自我保健知识进行自我保健,健康教育组患者平均血压为（113.5±11.8）/（98.6±10.8）mm Hg,对照组患者平均血压为（128.6±20.7）/（108.9±13.8）mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对高血压病患者进行健康教育能取得较好的效果,有一定的推广应用价值.

Objective To investigate the application effect of the self-care health education in hypertensive patients.Methods Totally 120 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into A, B groups.A group received health education and treatment of hypertension, group B as control group, blood pressure was observated after 1 month.Results Through health education, 98% （49 cases） in hypertensive patients can grasp this knowledge of self-care measures about hytertension, the average blood pressure of group A is （113.5 ± 11.8）/（98.6 ± 10.8） mm Hg, The average blood pressure of group B is （128.6±20.7）/（108.9 ±13.8）mm Hg.Conclusions Health education in patients with hypertension can achieve good results.
