穴位贴敷治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折所致便秘的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of acupoints sticking applying to treat patients with constipation caused by thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture

[目的]探讨穴位贴敷对胸腰椎压缩性骨折所致便秘的临床疗效。[方法]将81例胸腰椎压缩性骨折便秘病人随机分为对照组38例和观察组43例,对照组采用腹部按摩和饮食调控,每晚予比沙可啶肠溶片10 mg口服,观察组在腹部按摩和饮食调控的基础上采用大肠俞、天枢、大横、足三里特定穴位进行穴位贴敷,比较两组病人治疗后便秘改善情况。[结果]观察组、对照组总有效率分别为100.0%、86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用穴位贴敷治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折引起便秘有较好的疗效。

Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of acupoints sticking applying to treat patients with constipation caused by thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods： A total of 81 constipation patients caused by thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into control group （n=38） and observation group （n=43）. Patients in observation group were given acupoints sticking applying on Dachangshu, Tianshu,Daheng and Foot Three Li. Patients in control group were orally taking 10mg of bisacodyl enteric - coated tablets every night. Then the amelioration state of constipation of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 100% and 86.7% in observation and control group respectively. There were statistical significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion： Using acupoints sticking applying to treat patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture caused constipation is effective.
