On the Social Roots of the Rising of NGOs in Our Country

20世纪90年代以来,我国民间组织在现代公民社会得以蓬勃兴起,在政治、经济和社会生活领域产生了重大影响,发挥着巨大作用。民间组织的产生和发展,主要根源于我国慈善传统源远流长、社会主义市场经济健康发展、政府体制改革深入推进和社会中产阶级逐步形成等因素。

NGOs in modern citizen society have thrived since 1990s,which have great influence on and play important roles in political,economic fields and social life.The creation and development of the NGOs mainly result from long historical benevolent,the healthy development of socialist market economy,a further boost of innovation of government system and the gradually existing of the social middle class and so on.
