高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用测定参芪扶正注射液分子量范围

Determination of Molecular Weight of Shenqifuzheng Injection by HPLC-ESI-MS

目的测定参芪扶正注射液分子量范围。方法运用高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱法,经Millipore3kd超滤离心管离心后,根据正、负离子质谱图及扣除背景分析测定参芪注射液的分子量范围。结果分子量主要分布在（m/z）200~300,然后依次是300~400、400~500、100~200、500~600、600~700。结论通过测定参芪扶正注射液分子量范围,为其质量评价提供一定的科学依据。

Objective To determine the range of molecular weight of Shenqifuzheng injection. Methods The High- performance Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry was used. After the injection was centrifuged with Millipore3kd uhrafiltration tube, its molecular weight range was determined according to the positive and negative ion mass spectrometry and analysis of deducting background. Results The molecular weight （m/z） were mainly distributed in 200 - 300, followed by 300 - 400, 400 - 500, 100 - 200, 500 - 600, and 600 - 700. Conclusion This method provides a scientific basis for the quality assessment of Shenqifuzheng injection.
