山鸡椒不同部位挥发油及水溶性成分的薄层色谱鉴别 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立山鸡椒不同部位挥发油及水溶性成分的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别的方法。方法分别提取山鸡椒不同部位的挥发油及水溶性成分,开展色谱条件的优化,建立山鸡椒挥发油及水溶性成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果山鸡椒根、茎、叶、果实部位的挥发油和水溶性成分在所优化色谱条件下分离效果好,斑点清晰;山鸡椒根与茎TLC特征斑点较为近似。结论所用方法专属性强,重复性好,可为山鸡椒不同部位的质量控制和资源开发提供参考。 Objective To establish an TLC identification method for the identification Colatile Oil and aater-soluble components in different parts of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers.Methods The volatile oil and water-soluble components from different parts of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers.were extracted.The TLC identification method was established by optimizing the TLC conditions.Results The separation effect of the volatile oil and water-soluble components extracted from the root,stem,leaf,and fruit of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers.was good under the optimized TLC conditions,with clear spots.The characteristic spots of root and fruit of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers.were similar.Conclusion The method is exclusive,reproducible,and feasible.It can be used for the quality control and development of different parts of Litsea cubeba(Lour.) Pers.
