木槿花和朱槿花的鉴别研究

Pharmacognosy Identification Research of Flos hibisci syriacus and Flos hibiscus rosacsinesus

目的通过对木槿花和朱槿花进行鉴别研究,以确保用药安全有效。方法观察木槿花和朱槿花的外观形态、粉末的显微特征、对所提取的挥发油和黄酮类化合物进行理化鉴别。结果木槿花和朱槿花在外观形态、显微特征及理化鉴别等方面有明显不同。结论所得结果可作为区分木槿花和朱槿花的有效依据。

Objective To ensure the clinical application safety of Flos hibisci syriacus and Flos hibisci rosacsinesus through identification study. Methods The appearance of Flos hibisci syriacus and Flos hibisci rosacsinesus and their powder microscopic characteristics were observed.Physicochemical identification was carried out on the extracted essential oil and flavanoid.Results The appearance,microscopic characteristics,and physicochemical identification results of Flos hibisci syriacus and Flos hibisci rosacsinesus were apparently different from each other.Conclusion The results can be used as the basis to separate Flos hibisci syriacus and Flos hibisci rosacsinesus.
