强肌健力口服液长期毒性实验

Long Term Toxicity Test of Qiangjijianli Oral Liquid

目的观察强肌健力口服液连续重复给药对大鼠所产生的毒性反应。方法将SD大鼠随机分为高、中、低3个剂量组和1个对照组,高、中、低剂量组分别按临床剂量的60、40、20倍灌胃给药,每日2次,共180 d。分别于试验90 d、给药结束(180 d)和停药后21 d每组动物随机抽取10只(雌雄各半)各检测1次血液学、血液生化学指标,并处死大鼠行尸解和病理组织学检查。结果各给药组大鼠一般情况、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、尸解所见及病理学检查与对照组比较,均无显著性差异。结论强肌健力口服液长期给SD大鼠灌胃给药,未见对受试动物造成毒性反应。

Objective To observe the long term toxicity induced by Qiangji Jianli oral liquid（QJOL） in SD rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into high-dose QJOL group,medium-dose QJOL group,low-does QJOL group and normal control group.High,medium and low-dose group were respectively gavaged with QJOL 60,40,20 times of clinical dose 2/d for 180 continuous days.The indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry were measured in 10 rats（5 male and 5 female） randomly selected from each group in different times（90 d,180 d of treatment,21 d after treatment）.Then rats were sacrificed,and autopsy and histopathological examination were observed.Results The outer appearance and behavior,the indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry,autopsy findings and pathological examination of rats in treatment groups had no significant difference compared with those in control group.Conclusion Qiangji Jianli oral liquid has no significant toxicity for long-term administration on rats.
