摘要
目的考察药物品牌内涵响应对高血压患者用药选择的影响。方法针对品牌内涵响应和治疗依从性设计问卷,对40例高血压患者进行问卷调查和评分,对评分结果进行统计学分析,比较药物品牌内涵响应对患者用药选择的影响。结果高血压患者对合资-进口的抗高血压药的认可度达3.88分(满分4),显著高于对国产抗高血压药的认可度(P<0.01);在经济条件许可的情况下,患者主观偏选合资-进口品牌抗高血压药,与偏选国产药程度的品牌内涵响应程度相比,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。患者收入水平高低与是否使用合资-进口药物显示中等相关性(γ=0.58)。结论患者用药选择的倾向,与其对新、贵的合资-进口药物的品牌认可度有较大关系,亦即对品牌的内涵响应有关。
Objective To evaluate the influence of brand meaning response on drug selection in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 40 patients with hypertension were studied by questionnaire on brand meaning response and drug compliance.The data were analyzed statistically to evaluate the influence of brand meaning response on drug selection.Results The acceptance degree in patients towards the joint-ventured and imported drug was 3.88(full score 4),and was significantly higher than that of domestic drugs(P0.01).Patients with hypertension tended to choose the imported drugs with big brand instead of domestic drugs.There was a moderate correlation between patients′ selection of imported drugs and their income levels.Conclusion The brand meaning response has significant influence on drug selection in patients with hypertension.
