摘要 建立红翅槭愈伤组织诱导培养体系,为红翅槭快速繁殖提供理论基础。以红翅槭嫩叶为外植体,采用正交试验设计的方法,研究基本培养基、激素对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:MS培养基有利于红翅槭愈伤组织的诱导,诱导率高达86.73%,且愈伤组织生长迅速;不同激素水平对红翅槭愈伤组织诱导影响不同,各激素因素对红翅槭愈伤组织诱导的影响依次为,为2,4-D>NAA>KT;通过对愈伤组织的生长情况的观察发现和正交试验直观结果可知,红翅槭愈伤组织诱导植物生长调节剂的最佳组合为A3B4C1,即:2,4-D 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.5mg/L+KT 0.1 mg/L;从而建立了红翅槭愈伤组织诱导率与激素之间的关系模型。 Acer fabri Hance callus induction training system was established and theoretical basis for rapid propagation was provided.The leaves of Acer fabri Hance as explants were used to study the effects of the basic media and hormone on callus induction.The results show that MS medium is conducive to Acer fabri Hance callus induction,induction rate was as high as 86.73%,and the growth of callus was rapid;different hormone levels of Acer fabri Hance produced different effects on callus induction,the order of the effect factors from big to small was 2,4-DNAAKT;through the observation on growth of callus and the orthogonal test intuitive results,the best combination of Acer fabri Hance callus induction of plant growth regulator was A3B4C1(2,4-D 1.5 mg/L+NAA1.5 mg/L+KT 0.1mg/L);thus the model between Acer fabri Hance callus induction rate and hormone was established.
