儿童肾病综合征患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白及其免疫复合物水平 被引量:2

The level of plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein and its immune complex in children with nephrotic syndrome

摘要 目的分析儿童肾病综合征(NS)患儿血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)及其免疫复合物(LDL-IC)水平的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别测定106例活动期儿童NS患儿、42例恢复期儿童NS患儿和155名健康对照者ox-LDL和LDL-IC水平,同时对受检者血脂水平进行检测。结果恢复期及活动期NS患儿的ox-LDL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),且活动期高于恢复期(P<0.01);活动期NS患儿LDL-IC水平高于恢复期NS患儿和对照组(P<0.01)。NS患儿ox-LDL、LDL-IC分别与总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和尿素(Urea)呈正相关,与白蛋白(A lb)呈负相关。活动期NS患儿经类固醇治疗后,A lb水平升高,ox-LDL、LDL-IC、TC、TG和LDL-C水平下降。结论 NS患儿ox-LDL及LDL-IC水平明显升高,可能参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程。 Objective To investigate the level of plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) and its immune complex(LDL-IC) in children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods Plasma ox-LDL and LDL-IC levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 106 children with NS in active phase,42 children with NS in convalescent period and 155 healthy controls,and their lipid levels were also determined.Results Compared to the controls,ox-LDL levels both significantly increased in children with NS in convalescent period and active phase(P 0.05,P 0.01).Furthermore,the ox-LDL level in children with NS in active phase was higher than that in children with NS in convalescent period(P 0.01).The LDL-IC level in children with NS in active phase was significantly higher than that in the controls and children with NS in convalescent period(P 0.01).The ox-LDL and LDL-IC levels were positively related with total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and urea,while they were negatively related with albumin(Alb) in children with NS.After steroid therapy,the Alb level increased,and the ox-LDL,LDL-IC,TC,TG and LDL-C levels all significantly decreased in children with NS in active phase.Conclusions Ox-LDL and LDL-IC levels increase in children with NS,and may play an important role in atherosclerosis.
