摘要
教师是教育教学活动的主体.教师的主体自觉有层次性,从低到高依次是:自我确认、自我定向、自我监控、自我超越、自由自在.教师应主动提升主体自觉的层次,不断地认识自己,自觉地重塑自我、完善自我.
Teachers are the subject of teaching activities. Teachers' subject consciousness has its own levels,which could be successively listed as: self confirmation, self orientation, self monitoring, self transcendence and unconventional level. Teachers should actively upgrade their subject consciousness, continually know themselves and consciously achieve self reconstruction and self improvement.
