教师是教育教学活动的主体.教师的主体自觉有层次性,从低到高依次是:自我确认、自我定向、自我监控、自我超越、自由自在.教师应主动提升主体自觉的层次,不断地认识自己,自觉地重塑自我、完善自我.

Teachers are the subject of teaching activities. Teachers＇ subject consciousness has its own levels,which could be successively listed as： self confirmation, self orientation, self monitoring, self transcendence and unconventional level. Teachers should actively upgrade their subject consciousness, continually know themselves and consciously achieve self reconstruction and self improvement.
