摘要
在不干扰流场的情况下,利用PIV流场测试系统对改造的微孔曝气生物反应器内部流场进行高精度可视化测量。在较宽的操作条件下,通过对不同曝气通量工况的流场测试和数值模拟,得到了不同表观气速下液相的速度矢量场;分析了液相循环速度大小对反应器流动特征的影响及其对气液的混合和传质以及含氧率的影响,为曝气生物反应器的设计与放大提供了依据。
On the condition of not interfering the flow field situation,it carried on the high accuracy visible survey using the PIV test system to the interior flow field of the transformed pore aeration biology reactor. Under the wider operating condition ,we has obtained liquid phase speed vector field of the different superficial gas velocity through the different aeration flux operating mode flow field test and numerical simulation; Has analyzed the influence of liquid phase circulating velocity to the reactor characteristic and the influence to the mix and the mass transfer of the fluid ; has provided the basis for the aeration biological reactor design and the enlargement.
