The problem of peasant laborers is the hot spot of our society.To solve this problem relates the social stability and the national long-term peace.This article tries to analyze the solution of the problem of peasant laborers,to propose the countermeasure to change the existing lateral economic ties as well as to strengthen the rights of the peasant laborers.
