摘要
知识经济时代要求教师重新塑造自己的形象,由原来的知识型教师转变为研究型教师。培养研究型教师并非易事,这需要相应社会支持系统的支持。
Era of knowledge economy requires teachers to re-shape their image, which changes from knowledge-based to Research teachers.It is not easy to train research teachers, this requires the support of appropriate social support system.
