摘要
为了保证示波器的量值溯源,在LabVIEW环境下利用NI模块化仪器建立示波器检测系统来实现示波器的现场计量测试。根据虚拟仪器的设计思想,将NI功能模块利用PXI总线连接起来,利用VISA函数进行USB、RS-232、GPIB等各种接口的仪器通信,采用IVI驱动被测示波器,实现各种接口的模拟示波器和数字示波器的检测。在此基础上,通过模块化仪器的组合使用能够实现示波器、信号源、数字万用表、频率计等通用仪器的检测,系统功能可以得到极大扩展,推广应用前景广泛。
To insure the oscilloscope can be trace to the value of a quantity, this paper proposes a design of the oscilloscope's testing system that can realize the test in locale based on LabVIEW & modular Instrumentation. According to the virtual instrument principle, we can connect the NI modules with the bus of PXI, accomplish the communication of USB, RS-232,GPIB interface with VISA,and the oscilloscope is drived by the IVI , realize the test of the stimulant or digital oscilloscope. Based on the system, we can also realize the test of signal generator, cymometer and digital multimeter through the modular Instrumentation' s combination. The system' function can be extend by a long way and has a comprehensive foreground.
