摘要
根据温湿度独立控制系统原理,针对干盘管-蒸发冷却半集中式空调系统中的新风机组,提出了一种新型节能的蒸发冷却空调新风机组。通过与传统新风机组的比较,介绍了蒸发冷却空调新风机组的组合方式及空气处理过程,将蒸发冷却与机械制冷在新风机组中加以集成,间接蒸发冷却以高温表冷的形式体现,然后通过湿空气的焓湿学分析得出该新风机组不仅在干燥地区可以使用,而且在中湿度地区也可以使用。并根据陕西榆林地区某办公室需求进行计算,得出在该地区蒸发冷却空调新风机组较传统新风机组节能16.8%。
According to temperature and humidity independent control system, for new air handling units in dry coil evapo- rative semi-centralized air-conditioning system, proposed a new energy-saving unit which is evaporative air conditioning fresh air handling unit. This article first go through the comparison of the traditional new air handling units, introduced the combination units and air handling process of evaporative air conditioning fresh air handling unit, integrated evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration in the new unit, and then through the wet air to psychrometric analysis derived the unit which can be used not only in dry areas, but also in areas of moisture. And in accordance with the need for calculation in an office building at Yulin, obtained the energy consumption reduction of 16.8% of the evaporative air conditioning fresh air handling unit in the region.
