摘要
文章分析了箱体类制件的特点和利用注射气辅成型的必要性,以普通轿车的手套箱本体为研究对象,研究了二相熔体的理论流变特性以及基于二维半数值模拟的理论表达方程,并在注射压力、锁模力、填充时间、熔接线、体积收缩率和翘曲变形等6个影响成型的主要方面,通过与普通注射成型的数值模拟对比分析,全面研究了各个工艺参数对箱体类复杂制件气辅注射成型的影响。结果表明:采用气辅注射成型的箱体类制件可获得更高的综合质量,进一步在汽车配件中应用气辅注射成型工艺是汽车产业以塑代钢发展的迫切需要。
Analysis the characteristics of box shape parts and the necessity of use the gas-assisted injection,taking glove box-body of ordinary sedan as study object,the paper studied theoretic rheological characteristics of two-phase melting body and theoretic formula based on 2.5D numerical simulation,as well as the influence of six-aspect——injection pressure,clamp pressure,injection time,weld lines,volumetric shrinkage and warp——on body molding. Through comparative analysis numerical simulation of ordinary injection molding to comprehensively studied the influence of individual parameter on gas-assisted injection molding of box shape's complex parts. The results show that the box parts got a higher quality by using the gas-assisted injection molding and it is the urgent need of the automotive industry to put the gas-assisted injection molding into forming other car parts to meet the development of plastic instead of steel.
