摘要
针对压铸机双曲肘合模机构计算复杂、不容易得到理想优化模型的问题,通过对其运动特性的分析,采用三维建模与ADAMS协同的方法,以杆长比为主变量进行运动学和动力学仿真,获取合模过程中动模板运动速度及合模力的变化情况,将优化后的数据经实际试验后表明,该方法可以使压铸机合模机构达到更理想的工作状态。
In view of the problems of complicated computation for joint-double toggle clamping mechanism of die casting machine and hard to get ideal optimun mold,through analysis of the motion characteristics,talling the link-length ratio as the main variable,carried out kinematics and kinetics simulation by using the method combining 3D model and ADAMS. Then the varying mechanism of the motional board speed and clamping force are obtained from the simulation. And the optimized data are applied to experiments. The results show that the clamping mechanism can reach a better functional mode by using the proposed method.
