摘要
压力配合主要用于传递扭矩和轴向力,文章主要根据塑料产品压力配合的特点、应用、材料选择、失效形式等,给出了主要参数如最大过盈量、最大应力、配合强度等的设计公式,指出了在设计中应考虑的影响因素,以及几种增加配合强度和扩大公差范围的结构改进。
Press fitting is used for transferring torque and axial force. Based on the characteristics,application,material selection,invalidation types of press fitting in plastic products,the paper put forward the design formula of the key parameters such as the maximum excessive,the maximum stress,fitting strength etc. As well as the influence factors in designing,the structure improvements in increasing the fitting strength and extension margin tolerance.
