摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对45号钢表面熔覆一层Ni-Cr-B-Si的合金粉末的激光熔覆过程中的温度场进行了数值模拟。通过考虑和不考虑端部效应时,激光熔覆过程中每一道熔覆层始端和末端的温度场之间的对比,得出不考虑端部效应时,熔覆层会出现局部高温,以致损坏工件,然而,当用预留方案考虑端部效应时,可以很好地避免这种情况。
The Ni-Cr-B-Si alloy powder is cladded on the 45 steel. And the temperature field of the process is simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The temperature field of the laser cladding are obtained by simulating with ANSYS. When the terminal effect is considered or not,comparing the temperature field of the initial and the end of each cladding layer from the simulation,the result shows that local high temperature occuring on the cladding layer can cause damage of workpiece.However,when considering the terminal effect with reserving plan,it can perfectly avoid the damage.
