摘要
针对面向订单生产环境,由于信息分散、断层而出现的订单执行过程不透明会出现不能按时交货等现象,提出了基于关键节点跟踪的订单执行过程分析和建模方法。结合业务过程功能划分,建立起多层次架构的订单跟踪体系,确定订单跟踪的策略,形成订单执行进度的多种评价指标。最后,实现了面向离散制造的订单跟踪系统,系统在汽车电机企业应用的结果表明,企业的按时交付能力和质量控制能力得到了明显的提高。
Aiming at the phenomena such as invisibility of order execution,delivery not just on time due to dispersion and abruption of information in MTO environment,an order execution process analysis and model method based on key node tracking was proposed. Combine with the business process dividing,the multi-layer structure system was set up,the strategy of the order track is draw up and a variety of evaluation index for order track was built. At last the order track system oriented to the discrete manufacturing was implemented. After its application in the automobile motor company,it shows that the on-time delivery and quality control capability have been significantly improved.
