摘要
目的分析胆囊切除术后腹泻的原因。方法对于1998年6月至2008年6月四川省德阳市第六人民医院1100例实施胆囊切除术后患者的跟踪随访。结果 1100例患者中有764例患者进食油腻饮食以后出现了短期的腹泻,一般腹泻2～3次稀便,不用治疗可自行好转,占所有病例的69.45%,且其与油腻饮食有密切关联,并且病程越短腹泻时间越长,病程越长腹泻时间越短。结论短期的腹泻与丧失胆囊的贮存、浓缩、收缩排胆功能有密切关联。
Objective To analyze the causes of diarrhea after cholecystectomy. Method For the June 1998 to June 2008 the implementation of our hospital 1100 cases of cholecystectomy in patients with follow-up tracking. Results 1100 patients, 764 patients with eating greasy food after the emergence of shortterm diarrhea, usually diarrhea, two or three loose stools, no treatment can improve on their own, accounting for 69.45% of all cases, and its close association with the greasy food, The shorter duration of diarrhea and the longer the course, the shorter the longer the duration of diarrhea. Conclusion The short-term diarrhea and loss of gallbladder storage, concentration and systolic function are closely associated with bile row.
