早期股骨头缺血性坏死的MRI诊断

Diagnosis of MRI on the Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的分析早期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的MRI表现,为早期诊断和治疗提供影像学依据。方法回顾性分析35例ANFH患者的55个髋关节的MRI资料。结果 55个髋关节中有48个股骨头呈点状、细线状或小片状长T1稍短T2信号灶,3个股骨头呈长T1长T2信号,4个股骨头呈混杂信号。41个股骨头出现线样信号带,其中表现"单线征"18个,"双线征"23个,关节腔积液35个。结论 MRI可准确地显示早期ANFH病变,"线样征"是MRI诊断早期ANFH的特征性表现。

Objective To analyse the MR imaging feathure of early avascular necrosis of femoral head in order to provide the reliable basis of its early diagnosis and treatment. Methods The MR finds of 35 case（55 hip joints） with early ANFH were analysed retrospectively. Results In 55 hip joints,48 ones had the shape of spot, line-form or little lamellar with low signal on T1 weighted and T2 weighted,3 ones showed low signal on T1 weighted and high signal on T2 weighted,4 hip joints displayed mix-intensity. 41 hip joints showed line-form sign, of the 41 hip joints, 18 ones with single-line sign, 23 ones with double-line sign. 35 hip joints had Hydrarthrosis. Conclusion MRI could exactly display early ANFH, line-form sign is the representative MR sign for the early diagnosis of ANFH.
