胺碘酮治疗充血性心力衰竭合并室性心率失常38例临床疗效

The efficacy of Amiodarone for Congestive Heart Failure with Ventricular Arrhythmia of 38 case

目的观察和分析胺碘酮在治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)并发室性心律失常(VA)患者的有效性和安全性。方法对2007年1月～2009年6月收治的38例治疗充血性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者应用胺碘酮治疗的效果分析。将患者随机分为两组,即对照组和胺碘酮治疗组。观察治疗前后相关指标的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组可控制心律失常,并有效改善患者心功能,显效率及有效率均显著高于对照组。结论胺碘酮在治疗充血性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observate and analyse efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Totally 38 case of congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia from January 2007 to June 2009 were divided into two groups randomly. Results the Changes of related indicators and adverse reactions in control group or treatment group. Results Treatment group can control arrhythmia and improve cardiac function, The markedly effective and efficient were significantly higher than control group.Conclusions Amiodarone has a good efficacy and few adverse reactions for congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia, and valuable to wisely use in clinic.
