米力农治疗老年人慢性心力衰竭急性加重期疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Milrinone on the Old people with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察米力农治疗老年人慢性心力衰竭急性加重期的疗效及安全性。方法慢性心力衰竭急性加重期的老年患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组加用米力农静滴,每日1次,共7 d。观察临床疗效、心功能指标,记录不良反应。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.0%,治疗后心功能指标有明显改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中不良反应均轻微。结论米力农治疗老年人慢性心力衰竭急性加重期安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of milrinone on the old people with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Methods 120 old people with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with normal therapy, the study group was intravenously injected with milrinone additonally. All treated for 7 days. Clinical efficiency, heart function and adverse reaction were recorded. Results For the study group, the clinical efficiency were 90.0%, heart function index were improved after treatment, there were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; the adverse reaction of both group were light.. Conclusion Because of sure effects and little adverse reaction, milrinone is worthy of wide clinical use in the treatment of old people with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.
