摘要
利用SD2000光谱仪在可见光范围内得到对于各个波长位置的相对光谱功率分布,根据色度学原理及CIE关于色度方面的有关推荐文件计算出光源的色度坐标,从而实现对多种光源色度参数的自动检测,解决了人们利用手工测量很难实现对光源色度参数进行有效检测的问题,取点波长间隔平均为△λ=0.38nm,提高了光源色度参数的精度.
An application of personal computer control technique for automatic measurement of the eolour parameters of the light sources and its realization were introduced. By using the SD2000 spectrometer, the distribution value of the relative power of spectrum in correspondence with each wavelength location within 380-780 nm can be obtained. According to colorimetry principle and CIE about the relevant recommendation in the aspect of eolorimeter calculating file, the colour coordinate of light sources can be calculated and the problems of manual measurement of the colour parameters of the light sources can be solved. The precision of the colour parameters is improved by calculating the step of wavelength around 0.38 nm.
