腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术83例的护理

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy + common bile duct incision in 83 cases of nursing

目的总结腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石的术前、术后护理经验。方法回顾分析83例腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术围术期护理方法。结果 83例手术病人经手术前术后护理未发生护理并发症,早期出院。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除,胆总管切开取石术创伤小、恢复快,但是术前、术后护理不能轻视,对确保手术顺利及康复有着重要意义。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of postoperative and preoperative of llaparoscopic cholecystectomy plus choledocbolithotomy. Methods Retrospectively analysis the nursing approach in perioperative of 83 cases treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus choledocholithotomy.Results 83 cases with postoperative and preoperative nursing were discharged in early period and no complications.Conclusion Surgical trauma of laparoscopie cholecystectomy plus choledocholithotomy is small and resumption is quick, but the preoperative and postoperative nursing can not be neglected, because it has great significance to ensure the success of operation and the rehabilitation of postoperative.
